I would like to commend Shawn and Kristeen on their kindness and professionalism. We had our service for our newborn baby In June and from the minute we called called Shawn from our hospital room he was very accommodating sincere and allowed a parents worst nightmare to be a little easier on us with his help. Kristeen made sure the service ran smoothly and was so caring for our family. I cannot thank the two of them enough.

To say they honored my grandfather and captured everything that was important to him and our family would be an understatement. Shawn and his team were extremely responsive and made the most difficult part of our lives easier. When we walked into the funeral parlor we were overwhelmed with emotion as they they had collected pictures from all of our family and had them beautifully displayed all around the room and in a slide show. They also took the initiative to make a guest book that had photos in it, golf cards customized to my grandfather as he was an avid golfer, and honored his service to the Rochester Fire Department with cards that even had the engine that he drove on it. Shawn and his team ensured that no detail was missed. They were extremely supportive and attentive to our families every need and honored my grandfathers life in a way that I could have never imagined.

My wife passed away in Florida which made funeral arrangements more complicated. Shawn at Profetta's was extremely helpful at getting me through what needed to be done in dealing with another out of state Funeral home. Every step of the way he was there to help. Thank You Shawn for all your help.
